Can government entities form a tax group?
In many cases, Government Entity is the shareholder of juridical Resident Persons. As government entities are exempt person they can’t create a Tax Group. However, taxable Subsidiaries of a Government Entity can form or join a Tax Group without the Government Entity, subject to fulfilment of such conditions.
