Pre-Grouping Tax Losses must be utilized against the Taxable Income of the Tax Group in the subsequent Tax Period before utilizing any carried forward Tax Losses of the Tax Group. This means that pre-Grouping Tax Losses can only be offset if the Tax Group has Taxable Income attributable to the relevant member of the Tax Group.
