What is the threshold limit for applicability of Transfer Pricing?
The Transfer Pricing Rules apply to transactions or arrangements between Related Parties or Connected Persons located in UAE or outside UAE. They can be a UAE Mainland entity or a Free Zone Entity. At present, there is no threshold limit given under the law for applicability of Transfer Pricing provisions.
